ACT II

So what they say about week two being tough has turned out to be true! Not so much week two but definitely ACT II. Just pacing myself and making sure no one runs too early has been a challenge.

I am on my way to the Second turning point and I even managed to add a sex scene - well sort of - can't quite bring myself to all the way type of thing - wouldn't really fit for the type of stuff I'm writing now but I definitely got some tension going. Nothing like Artificial Life Forms to get the libido pumping - right? Ok, maybe not but these ones are kind of hot - only for NaNoWriMo would I have the balls to try to pull this off because I have to say there is something freeing about saying just type - get the word count up - go - go - GO! And if you have to throw in some S - E - X, then so be it:)

My goal is to hit 50,000 by the end of the week but the story will probably be closer to 60,000 which will meet my personal goal. There is a good chance that revision will be a nightmare considering I haven't looked back once but would the story ever have gotten written without that constraint lifted? who knows - great experiment. Not sure if I would do it again. Ask me next November.
